Different Culture??

Working with Aussie, I feel new, funny, or even strange sometimes.

I am not sure it just me or everyone, but I still feel weird.

Like, when a customer comes in the shop, if I am busy, I would say

"Hey man, just take a seat. Someone will serve you."

However, those Aussie would say

"Hey man, take a seat. Owen will serve you."

They just say the person name instead of someone;

I am always thinking that...
if I am the customer I probably may think who the hell is Owen? or every staff in this shop all called "Owen"?

Probably it is just my problem; probably I am the strange guy; probably everyone says like this all of the world.

I have worked with those Aussie for couple months, and I am keeping learning from those Aussie.
No matter English or the way they are working.

However, I just can't do this like them.

Therefore, I have to say, if you are just like me, when you go into a store, when the store staff talk to you like this, don't feel panic, just call the next staff "Owen" when you see them.

[First Kick] I'm proud of you
