差$1差很多

最近
有同事買房子

但是我得說
買房子真不事件簡單的事
要注意的合約，條件，各項費用．．．．
一不小心就會吃大虧





比如說
買房子的印花稅
因為澳洲政府規定房價於$550000以上者
必須多繳$5000的印花稅
也就是說
房價若是$549999
就不用繳納另外的$5000
好死不死
我同事剛好就是買了$550000

"差$1=差$5000"


靠....一整個也差太多了吧!!!
台幣十五萬就這樣白白丟到水裡.....

那個死房屋仲介也明明知道這種事還故意不說.....
機!!!!!
